48 – Impress Yourself

47 – WHY?

 

Things you need:

  • Space

Mindset

Think about why you train. What is your why?
To run across the street before the light changes.
Carry our children up the stairs to bed.
Help someone steady themselves before a fall.
Carry groceries in from the car.
Train to bend, lift, push and pull all the way through our days.
TRAIN FOR LIFE. YOUR LIFE.

  • Thoracic Rotation in Tripod and 4pt

  • Dead bug TUT

Mindset

What’s wrong with starting at the bottom?
