How Can Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Help You?

Personalized Assessment

Your journey begins with a thorough assessment by our compassionate and skilled therapist, Dr. Cassie McDonald Ross. She will take the time to understand your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle factors to develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Evidence-Based Treatment

Our therapy approach combines manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, biofeedback, and education to address the root cause of your pelvic health issues. By targeting specific muscles and tissues, we aim to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination while alleviating pain and dysfunction.

Empowerment Through Education

Knowledge is power. We believe in empowering our clients with the understanding of their condition and self-care strategies to support their healing journey beyond the therapy sessions. From posture correction to bladder training techniques, we provide practical tools to enhance your pelvic health and overall well-being.

Holistic Support

Pelvic health is interconnected with various aspects of your life, including emotional well-being and lifestyle choices. Our holistic approach considers these factors, offering guidance on stress management, nutrition, nervous system integration, and ergonomic modifications to optimize your recovery and quality of life.

Imagine living without the burden of pelvic pain or the fear of embarrassing leaks. Or picture yourself confidently engaging in activities you love, whether it’s playing with your kids, exercising, or enjoying intimate moments with your partner. Or imagine having a calm and prepared birth experience. At our clinic, we’re committed to making this vision a reality for you.

Dr. Cassie McDonald Ross

Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health Specialist

Dr. Cassie has been a physical therapist since 2017, starting out initially as a general orthopedic physical therapist, quickly diving into the complex world of pelvic health. Her passion for pelvic health has only grown over the years, especially after birthing her own two children.

She has a passion for guiding patients through large hormonal shifts – pregnancy, postpartum and menopause – finding joy in assisting patients through pain, incontinence, prolapse, etc. that may be limiting them from living their best life.

Cassie’s main goal as a physical therapist is to foster confidence in patients’ ability to manage their own condition and belief in the resilience of their body. Her approach is fitness forward and holistic, through stewardship.

She holds a specialist certification in pelvic health (CAPP-Pelvic) through the Academy of Pelvic Health, is a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), and is working on her specialist certification in obstetrics (CAPP-OB) through Academy of Pelvic Health.
