Personalized Assessment
Your journey begins with a thorough assessment by our compassionate and skilled therapist, Dr. Cassie McDonald Ross. She will take the time to understand your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle factors to develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Evidence-Based Treatment
Our therapy approach combines manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, biofeedback, and education to address the root cause of your pelvic health issues. By targeting specific muscles and tissues, we aim to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination while alleviating pain and dysfunction.
