The Dance Lab: Pointe Foundations

When: December 22, 23, 29, 30, 2pm-3pm

This course is an intensive 4-day training program designed to prepare young ballet dancers for the demands of pointe work.

It is for early or pre-pointe dancers who are eager to feel stable in pointe shoes, improve balance away from the barre, jump higher, turn better, dance longer, and commit to their art!

The focus of this program will be on calf strength, balance and neuromuscular control, trunk strength, and lower extremity alignment.

Dancers will go home with home programs to continue strengthening independently after the course.

This course is limited to 8 dancers, and each dancer will get a 10% discount off of a pre-pointe safety screening with Dr. Allyson!

*Dancers must book pre-pointe safety screening within 3 months of course.
