Physical Therapy

We target the source of your discomfort and customize a treatment plan that allows you to resume a pain-free life as quickly as possible.

At Mindset, we provide much more than physical therapy services.

We provide freedom from pain, medication and surgery.

We provide improved function, independence as you age, resilience, injury prevention, increased tolerance to exercise, reduced stress and anxiety, and overall emotional well-being knowing you are safe and strong in your body.

We help you become the person you are meant to be, able to do the things you are meant to do.

With many large hospital physical therapy systems and private franchises, you might get fifteen minutes with an actual physical therapist, and insurance companies will limit what can be accomplished over a set number of sessions.

At Mindset, you get a full hour one-on-one with one of our doctors of physical therapy, and the scope of your treatment will be decided by both of you.

Our shared goal is to get you back to what you want to be doing, pain-free and without surgery, injections or medications.

Whether you have a prescription or not, contact us so we can help!

We like every new relationship to begin with a Discovery Session.

This 30-min consultation call is with one of our expert physical therapists. During the call, our goal is to learn more about your current situation and provide clear steps to get you back to a healthy life without painkillers, injection or surgery.

Note: The Discovery Session is NOT required — if you’re ready for your Initial Evaluation or Follow-Up visit, contact us or schedule now!

Meet Your Mindset PTs

Dr. Ellen spent 4 years AFTER achieving her doctorate in physical therapy studying manual therapy and joint mobilizations. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist through Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy. She is able to manipulate almost every joint in your body and works with you to achieve the mobility you have always wanted.

She combines mobilizations of your neural and soft tissues, joints, adhesions and fascia to maximize your movement capabilities. Including this into most treatment plans creates long-lasting, amazing results.

We use a direct pay model to spend time taking care of patients rather than insurance companies.

We do not file claims with or accept payments from any health insurance company, including Medicare and Medicaid.

This is ideal for patients who want to build a relationship with us on their path to wellness and desire access to top-level care.

Some insurance plans will reimburse you for seeing an out-of-network provider, and we are happy to provide you the information necessary to obtain reimbursement. This does not apply to Medicare.
