Distractions in life cause major productivity loss
Many distractions are even addicting. Technology for example is one of the most potent addictions known to all mankind. We are conditioned to so much in life that is driven by the use of technology. That certain ding/tone of a text message will trigger a dopamine / serotonin buzz in your brain.
