PushPress is live!

  • Our new gym management app PushPress is up and running, and you can now book your classes and review your reservations.
  • You can also update your profile with a new photo, new contact info, and change your email or password.
  • PushPress allows you to schedule out 6 weeks, and every week another week is added to the end of the calendar if you’d like to schedule out that far.
  • Check-ins:
    • We are working on a check-in station near the sink that will allow you to easily check yourself in before class.

How to Schedule Classes

  • To schedule classes, tap the three horizontal lines in the upper left, then Classes.
  • On that screen you’ll see two tabs, Schedule and Reserved.
  • The Schedule tab shows all classes, and the Available tag will switch to Reserved for classes you’ve already booked.
  • The Reserved tab will also display the classes you’ve booked.

Health Tip

What is the value of mental health?

We’re not talking the monetary value — we would argue it is priceless — but the value of being able to feel happy when you have a joyful experience, relax when you want to (not just when you feel like you’ve earned it), allow yourself to feel and process sadness and move on (or not, if you’re not ready, and be okay with that).
We know some of the reasons you love coming to class are to work up a sweat, burn calories, and build muscle to improve your physical health, but please don’t discount the positive mental health impact of regular exercise, laughing, being part of a community, telling someone “Great job!” (especially yourself), and setting a goal and accomplishing it.

Member of the Month – August

Mary Jane Werner is a super hard worker (you don’t earn the nickname The Beast by slacking off), and her favorite hobby is camping!
We are so happy she’s a part of our Masters group — she brings joy and enthusiasm to every class! Look at that form!!
