Mindfulness

The mind and body are directly linked.

They integrate to empower your ability to gain overall health.

So if you think unhealthy thoughts, this will create an unhealthy body.

If you think healthy, productive, purposeful thoughts, you will create a healthy, productive and purposeful body…which leads to a healthy, productive and purposeful life.


 

25 – Unlearning Beliefs – Program B

 

Things you need:

  • 2 light weights
  • Towel
  • Heavy weights optional

Warmup

Can Warm Up

  • Walk/jog
  • Lateral
  • Grapevine
  • SLS uex reach
  • SLS lex reach
  • Chest press
  • OH press

Mobility/Movement

  • Supine Trunk rotation movement prep
  • Shoulder stability series

WOD

1’ / x3 rounds each

  • Towel Face Pulls
  • Plank knee slides
  • Retro lunges, OH press into standing w/ knee strike

Cooldown/Correctives

  • Standing static stretching series

24 – Your Belief System – Program A

 

Things you need:

  • Broom stick
  • Weights (optional)

Warmup

  • PVC Uex / Lex
  • Big bear / Little bear flow

Mobility/Movement

  • Bird dog stability and mobility Rot series

WOD

1’ each / 3 rounds

  • Rotational Push Up
  • Inverted body pull overs
  • Pulsed split squats
  • Lat plank walk

Cooldown/Correctives

  • Dynamic Balance EC
  • Connection breath
  • Supine stretching
