There isn’t one way to swing a golf club — rather an infinite number of swing styles — and Dr. Cara’s goal is to make her golf athletes efficient in their own unique swing style by improving these 6 core elements of golf and fitness:

Lacking in these core elements can result in physical limitations that negatively affect an athlete’s swing and lead to potential injury.

Through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) movement screen, Dr. Cara assesses a player’s swing mechanics, movement quality, physical fitness, current health, and client history.

TPI Golf Evaluation: What to Expect

Session 1

To start the evaluation, we review your goals and go through the TPI 16-point movement assessment to evaluate range of motion, balance, strength, posture, flexibility, core stability, and endurance.

Each player will also have their swing recorded for video review.

Session 2

Includes instruction and demonstration of your custom performance plan, review of your swing assessment, and feedback.
