This Mindset membership is for people 65 and older who are looking to maintain strength, balance, mobility and day-to-day functions in a safe, supportive community.
Classes are twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 AM, and the programming and classes are led by Dr. Cara to provide our Masters with doctorate-level coaching. We specialize in working with members with Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, and other conditions, and our Masters membership is the perfect way to get and stay strong in the fight against these.
The Masters membership also includes performance assessments every 8 weeks, in which we track progress on balance, strength, coordination, posture, breathing, and other metrics.
The Masters membership is month-to-month with no minimum requirement.
